Current applicability
Current public purchases may occur through Etsy and may be subject to Etsy's refund and commerce terms. Website cart checkout is connected to PayPal Sandbox for digital-product testing; live website payment capture remains pending production approval.
Digital products
Where legally permitted, digital products are normally not refundable after access or download. If a purchased file is defective or corrupt, Roots Adventure will attempt correction, replacement, or remedies required by applicable law.
Custom research
Cancellation may be possible before custom research begins. Once research begins, completed research time is normally non-refundable, and partial cancellation may be based on work not yet performed.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
